In 2012 I joined a 32-employee start-up - Skyscanner - as a marketing manager. Eight years later, after rising to Global VP of Growth, I left the company which I had helped become a $1.75 billion Unicorn with over 1000 staff.

At Preply, as Chief Growth Officer, I delivered 3x growth over two years, and at Oda - Norway's leading online grocery store - I led a team to deliver 3x growth over two years.

As a Growth Advisor and Leadership Mentor for SemRush, and in roles with the Orbit accelerator group and Product Hackers, my focus remains on the human aspect of growth; I believe firmly that people are the core engine of any company’s growth.

And as a certified psychologist, I offer unique insights into leadership challenges, focusing on stress management, effective team leadership, and personal development.

Since my transition to full-time growth advisory in 2023, I have successfully guided clients to significant metric improvements, enhanced retention strategies, and mentored leaders in marketing and product to elevate their effectiveness and impact.
